SLIET SET 2022 Application Form

Candidates can fill up SLIET 2022 Application Form online after the announcement of the official notification on SLIET official website. Before starting with the registration process, candidates must keep the following document ready:

• A valid, working email ID
• A scanned image of candidate’s passport size photo
• A scanned image of candidate’s signature
• Credit card/ Debit card/ Net Banking details for the online payment of the application fees
• The correct academic details and marks of candidate’s qualifying exams
• Candidates seeking admission to B.E must fulfill all criteria for JEE (main) exam
• Details of candidate’s work experience in case he/ she is applying for M. Tech, ICD or Ph.D programmes

How to Fill SLIET SET 2022 Application Form?

The detailed steps to fill the application form is given below:

• Step 1: Candidates have to visit the official website sliet.ac.in. Click on the ‘Apply’ button and start filling in the registration form.
• Step 2: Candidates have to first register to create a new login id and password for himself/herself. After registration, candidates will get their login Id and password for accessing their account and filling the application form.
• Step 3: After clicking on the chosen link from the New Registration panel, a new page will open for candidate to fill the form. They have to enter the following details to complete SLIET SET application:
  • Candidate’s Name
  • Valid Email ID
  • Mobile Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Personal Details
  • Details of Qualifying Exam
  • Address of Correspondence
  • Preferred Exam Center
  • Professional experience details (if applicable)
• Step 4: Candidate now has to upload his/her photograph and signature details as specified format given below:
  • The size of the photograph should ideally be between 10 kb to 100 kb.
  • The size of the signature image should ideally be between 5 kb to 10 kb.
  • The file type of the image and signature should be in .jpg or .jpeg only.

Guidelines for Photograph and Signature Upload

Candidates have to upload a scanned passport size photograph and signature as per prescribed format. The scanner resolution should ideally be set to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch) for the best results.

• Candidates need to upload a recently clicked passport size photograph, It should be a coloured image and clicked against a light-coloured or preferably white background
• Candidates must ensure that the image is a front-faced photo. Angular photos and images with red eye is not acceptable.
• Candidates must check that their eyes are open in the image. Squint-eyed photos are not accepted.
• In case a candidate is wearing glasses, he/she must make sure that there is no reflection and the eyes can be seen clearly. Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable.
• File format should be in .jpg/.jpeg.

Signature Image

• The signature should be done on white paper in black inked pen so that it is clearly visible.
• The signature is used to put on SLIET SET admit card and other places where necessary.
• The signature should match the signature on his / her official documents.
• The file format should be in .jpg/.jpeg.

Procedure for uploading the photograph and signature

• Separate links for uploading the scanned photograph and signature.
• Candidates need to click on the respective link for uploading the photograph and signature files.
• Select file then click on ‘Upload’ button to upload the images.
• Please note that in case the face in the photograph or signature is unclear candidate’s application may be rejected.
• Candidates are advised to take a printout of their system-generated online application forms after completing and submitting the application form.

Step 5: This is the second last step of application form. Candidates can edit the form (in case he/she needs any changes) and go for their payment processing. The application fee can be paid via online mode or offline mode. Bank charges are extra over and above the application fee.

SLIET SET 2022 Application Fee

Candidates must note the following application fees for SLIET SET 2022:

• General and Other Categories (Boys): INR1500
• General and Other Categories (Girls): INR 1000
• SC / ST Categories (Boys and Girls): INR 750

Candidates can pay the fees both online (net banking/credit card/debit card) and offline (e-challan). Bank charges are extra over and above the application fee.
