SLIET SET 2021 Round-II Seat Allotment will be released on October 2, 2021 (tentatively). Previously, SLIET SET 2021 Results for SET-I/SET-IA/SET-III will be declared on June 11, 2021, and July 19, 2021 (tentatively), for SET-V. Candidates could visit the official website (sliet.ac.in) to view their result. The direct link for SLIET SET 2021 Seat Allotment will be provided below.

Result will be declared in the form of merit list/scorecard.
SLIET SET 2021 is tentatively scheduled on June 2 and June 7, 2021.
Candidates could check SLIET SET Result 2021 by entering the enrollment number and password.
Score card provides the marks/rank of the candidate according to thier performance in the exam.

How to check SLIET SET Result?

Applicants need to check SLIET Result via Online mode only at the official website. SLIET SET 2021 Result will be declared on June 2 and July 19, 2021 (tentatively). Candidates could download the SLIET Score Card from the website “www.sliet.ac.in”.

All aspirants who have given the test can follow the steps mentioned below to check SLIET Results 2021:

Aspirants need to visit the official website “www.sliet.ac.in”.
After that they need to click on the link “Results” on homepage in “Notice Board”.
Click on the SLIET SET Entrance test score card/merit list 2021.
Then fill the details asked to login, like: registration number and password.
After the details are entered click on the “Submit” button to proceed.
The result will be displayed on the screen.
Candidates need to download it and take a print out of the score card for future use.

The candidates who scored more than the SLIET 2021 Cutoff marks are qualified to crack the admission for further studies.

Details on Score Card

The result for SLIET test is available in the form of score card and the merit is made on the basis of the marks secured by the candidates.

Result indicates the scores and ranks of candidates. Seat allotment during counselling is on the basis of SLIET test merit list which depends upon candidates scores and ranks in SLIET test 2021.

SLIET SET Answer Key

SLIET will release the Answer key SLEIT SET 2021 exam after the exam is over. Candidates could analyze their marks by comparing their answer with answer key.

Candidates need to visit the SLIET website “www.sliet.net.in”
Find and click on the link “Answer key”
Fill in the asked details like registration number and password to proceed further.
Click on the “Submit”button.
The Answer key will open on the screen in PDF format.
Candidates must save and download the Answer key of SLIET SET test.
Compare your answer with Answer key and assume your score in result.

SLIET SET Merit List

All admissions are made on merit determined for admission.

In case of tie among two or more candidates, candidate elder in age in the matriculation certificate are placed higher in merit.
After this process, if again there is tie in age (date of birth), then candidate having higher marks in qualifying examination are placed higher in merit.

The lists of qualified candidates as per their information in admit card number and rank/merit are displayed on the notice board of the Institute.

Candidate must secure the minimum marks (cutoff) of the respective course they need to apply for to be in the merit list.

For Admission in ICD programs:

Seats are allotted to the candidates on the basis of merit list and the choice of seats availability.

For Admission in ICD Lateral Entry: Candidates need to appear in SET-1A

For Admission in B.E. courses: Candidates are shortlisted for BE programs on the basis of JEE Main 2021 and counselling.

For Admission in BE Lateral Entry: Candidates who qualified the SLIET SET-III are allotted the groups* they have applied for in the application form.

Merit List is prepared in 3 categories:

Group A – Electronics/Computer/Instrumetation
Group B – Mechanical
Group C – Chemical and Food

For Admission in M.Tech: Admission in M.tech is directly via counselling counducted by NIT Surthkal for session 2021-18 in NITs and CFTIs.

For Admission in MBA

Candidates are selected on the basis of merit list of CAT/CMAT/GATE followed by Group Discussion and Interview.
Preference is given to the candidates who have given CAT Exam.
For the merit list preparation Scores obtained in CAT/CMAT/GATE are converted out of 400. Marks for GD and Interview are awarded out of 25 each.
Final Marks are awarded out of 450 marks.

For Admission in Ph.D. Courses:

SET V will be conducted. Candidates have to qualify 50% marks.
Interview/Viva will be conducted where candidates have to discuss about the area of research interest.

SLIET SET Cut off

Cut off is the minimum marks that the candidates need to secure to get in the merit list. The cut off marks are uploaded on the website once the answer key and the result is declared.

SLIET SET 2021 Counselling

Counselling is in online mode for all the programs except for MBA and Ph.D.

Candidates can check the exact schedule of Counselling, document verification and submission of admission fee below.

SLIET SET Counselling schedule

After provisional allotment of seat and Document Verification the Submission of Admission Fee will be held at SLIET Campus, Longowal.
The seat allotted provisionally will be cancelled if the candidate fails to get the documents verified and fee deposited during the prescribed period.
No separate Call Letters will be sent to the candidates for Counselling/Document Verification/Submission of Admission Fee.
However, if a candidate fails to participate in counselling in time due to any reason, he may appear in the next available counselling.

For Ph.D programmes Offline counselling will be conducted on July 13, 2021 (tentatively) and qualified candidates appeared personally on the day of counselling and brought original documents for admission.

Candidates are required to carry the original documents along with one Photostat copy of each document mentioned below for the counselling and verification. Documents required at the time of counselling are listed below:
