- TS EAMCET is designed to test aptitude, technical and quantitative knowledge of a candidate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology. Separate question papers are set for different courses, where all have a different structure and level of questions.
- The Engineering paper will consist of 3 sections, namely Physics (40 Questions), Chemistry (40 Questions) and Mathematics (80 Questions).

TS EAMCET Exam Pattern 2023 for Engineering
Time allocated to answer TS EAMCET 2023 questions will be 3 hours i.e. 180 minutes. Under no circumstances, there will be a provision of extra time. Hence, it is advisable to start going through the questions as soon as the question booklet arrives. 160 objective questions will be asked from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Important Points:
- If the qualifying examination is in Telugu medium, candidates may opt for English and Telugu paper, and in case of Urdu medium, candidates may opt for English and Urdu paper.
- In case of any discrepancy in questions in bilingual papers like ambiguity in translation, the English version shall be treated as final.
- Candidates appearing for the same are advised to reach TS EAMCET Exam Venue at least 1 hour before the commencement of exam.
- Candidates who are interested in applying for B.Arch. (Bachelor of Architecture) course in Telangana / Andhra Pradesh must take NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture).

- For each question, four options are provided. You must select the most appropriate option.
- Each question carries 1 mark and there is no negative marking in TS EAMCET 2023.
- Candidates can score up to a total of 160.
- Candidates have to score above minimum qualifying marks to be able to qualify for TS EAMCET 2023 Counselling.
Minimum Qualifying Marks in TS EAMCET 2023
- Qualifying percentage of marks for TS EAMCET is 25% of the maximum marks considered for the ranking. However, change in minimum qualifying marks for TS EAMCET 2023 will be updated here.
- However, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed.
- But their admission will be limited to the extent of seats reserved for such categories.

TS EAMCET Syllabus had been reduced with reduction in 30% in subjects- Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany, With the reduction in syllabus 55% of weightage will be given to 1st year while 45% weightage will be given to 2nd-year intermediate syllabus TS EAMCET questions will comprise of 10+2 syllabus of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for engineering students while agriculture paper will consist of botany, zoology, chemistry and Physics.

Important Guidelines for TS EAMCET 2023
TS EAMCET will tentatively be conducted in the 1st week of July, 2023 for Engineering/Technology and Agriculture exam. Following are the important instructions for TS EAMCET examination.
- Candidates are advised to confirm the location of the examination center a day before the exam.
- Late entry is not allowed in the exam center in any case.
- Carry the filled in application form with a duly affixed recent colour photograph attested by Gazetted Officer (or) Principal of the College, TS EAMCET 2023 Admit Card with a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
- Admit Cards must be in good condition. Mutilated, disfigured and dismantled admit cards compromising candidates’ information will not be accepted.
- Leaving the examination hall is not allowed before the conclusion of the exam.
- Electronic gadgets such as cell phone, pager, calculator, electronic watches and mathematical/log tables are not permitted.
