How to Fill TUEE 2023 Application Form?
Given below are the things that need to keep handy before proceeding towards form filling –
- Scanned Photograph in prescribed format and dimension
- Scanned copy of signature in prescribed format and dimension
- All the essential academic documents.
- Valid email address
Steps to be followed while filling the online TUEE 2023 Application form:
- Visit the official website of the university i.e. tezu.ernet.in and click on “Apply Online” button.
- Candidates will be redirected to admission page
- Click on the “Make Registration” button.
- Then, candidates will be redirected to the registration form. Candidates need to fill all the mandatory fields marked with the red asterisks.
- Click on the “Sign up” button for initiating the Registration process.
- After signing up, a preview of the personal details will be shown on the screen.
- Click on the confirm button, if the details are correct. Otherwise click “change” button to edit the information because once the information is submitted cannot be changed later.
- On the successful registration of details, the confirmation message will be shown on the screen.
- Students will receive an e-mail on their provided e-mail ID and validation code on their registered mobile number.
- The email ID contains an activation link which helps to activate and validate registered account.
- General and OBC category candidates have to pay INR 800 and INR 400 for SC, ST and PWD candidates as registration fee.
- Application fee can be paid through online mode only using Net Banking, Credit Card, and ATM-cum-Debit Card.
- Candidates are advised to take printout of application form for their future reference.
- Candidates must bring the original document at the time of admission for verification only. The candidature for admission will be rejected if original documents are not submitted.
Documents (digital/scanned copy) to be Uploaded –
- Copy of the JEE (Main) 2023 admit card, if applying for the B. Tech. Programs.
- Copy of the Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) issued by the competent authority of any North East State, if applying for the B.Tech. Programs or M.Sc. Program in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology under the North East quota.
- Copy of the valid GATE score card, if applying for direct admission to any M.Tech. Program.
- Copy of the relevant certificate issued by the competent authority, if seeking admission under any reserved category as mentioned.
- Copy of the Sponsorship/No Objection Certificate issued by the employer, if the candidate is employed.
- A passport size photograph.
- Scanned copy of the signature.
