Steps to Download VITEEE Admit Card

VITEEE 2023 Admit Card is available for candidates at the official website, www.vit.ac.in. Candidates must follow these simple steps to download the e-admit card of VITEEE:

• Step 1: Visit vit.ac.in
• Step 2: Click on ‘VITEEE Admit Card 2023’. This will redirect to a new page and the Online Slot booking system will open for you. Know More VITEEE slot booking
• Step 3: Enter Application Number and Password and enter the captcha. Login and click “Book a seat”. Book your test slot as per your choice of test center and time
• Step 4: Confirm your booking and click Submit. 
• Step 5: After confirming the slot, download VITEEE 2023 Admit Card. Save and take a print out.

Note: The copy of the e-Admit card will also be emailed to the candidate

VITEEE Hall Ticket 2023 is auto-generated only for those candidates who book a slot using the Online Test Booking system before the last date. The e-Admit card will indicate the following details:

• Name of the Candidate
• Father’s Name
• Exam Centre details
• Course
• Roll Number
• Category
• Application Number
• Date of Examination

VITEEE Admit Card Discrepancy 2023

• Candidates are advised to check the details mentioned on VITEEE 2023 admit card after downloading.
• Check the details like their Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, etc.
• Ensure that all the details on the admit card are absolutely visible and correct.
• Candidates with an invalid VITEEE 2023 admit card will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

How to rectify errors in VITEEE Admit Card 2023?

• In case of any discrepancies, it must be brought to the notice of the VIT University immediately.

• Candidates should immediately get in touch with the officials at VIT or call on the help-line number: 0416-220 2125/330 5555 from Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm).

Problems in Downloading VITEEE Admit Card

Candidates must not mutilate VITEEE 2023 Admit Card or change any entry made after it has been authenticated and received by them. A candidate may be unable to download VITEEE 2023 Admit Card due to the following reasons:

1. If the application form is incomplete
2. Discrepancy at the time of slot booking
3. Low internet speed
4. Entering incorrect credentials

How to Retrieve the Password for VITEEE Admit Card?

• In case a candidate forgets their password, they can retrieve it by clicking on ‘Forgot Password Link’.
• After that, a new window will open and the following details asked like Registered Email ID, Registered Mobile Number, Verification Code. 
• Then you have to click on Submit and you will get a new password on your registered mobile number and email id. 

Documents Required on Exam Day

Candidates will not be permitted to appear for the test without a VITEEE 2023 Admit Card. They must also carry any one of the below-mentioned documents as identity proof:

1. Admit Card Copy
2. Photocopy of VITEEE Application Form
3. One photo identification like School or college Photo ID card, XIIth board exam hall ticket (or) admit card bearing photo, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, IT Pan card.

Note: Candidates are not allowed to carry any items other than the documents mentioned above to the examination hall.

Biometric Verification:

• Biometric registration is a part of the attendance and hall ticket verification process.
• The authorities reserve the right to carry out the biometric verification before or during the examination or both.
• If candidates do not cooperate during the biometric registration process then they will not be allowed to take the examination.
• VIT reserves the right to disqualify such candidates.
• Biometric authentication will be carried out again for the shortlisted candidates during the time of counseling and admission.
• Candidates are not allowed to carry any items other than the documents mentioned in the information brochure to the examination hall.
• VIT will not be responsible for any loss of valuables.

VITEEE 2023 Exam Day Instructions

• Candidates must be present at the test center as per the reporting time mentioned in the e-Admit card.
• Candidates should register their names at the registration counter and carry the e-Admit card and valid ID proof for verification.
• Candidates are not allowed to carry any text material, printed, or written, bits of papers or any material except the e-Admit card inside the test hall.
• Candidates are not permitted to carry any electronic devices like mobile phones, paging devices, calculators, spy cameras, etc.
• Candidates are not allowed to leave the test hall till the completion of the entire duration of the exam time. The duration of the entrance examination will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
• Candidates must ensure that the computer allotted to them is switched on and if there is any problem with the computer, it should be informed to the invigilator immediately.
• The questions appearing on the screen will be in English. All questions will be of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) types.
