Candidates undergo 12 months of training for entry-level IT Services & Associate job roles. This is a hybrid training program focusing on the overall education and personality grooming of students making them job-ready. On successful completion of training, candidates are employed in full-time jobs with HCL. While working, candidates also have an option to pursue their higher education with BITS, Pilani or SASTRA University.   • The year of passing 12th class will not be later than the current year or 1 year before the Tech Bee year Batch for which the candidate has applied i.e. 2019, 2020 & 2021 pass-outs are only eligible to apply!
  • In case of 2 mark sheets (original and Improvement) being produced by the candidate for the same class, i.e. Class 12th, all subjects with the latest marks will be considered for calculating percentage or above irrespective of any board recommendations.
  • The candidate must be a resident of India who has successfully cleared their class 12th board exams in 2021, 2020 & 2019.

Ques.What will be the starting salary at HCL after the completion of the program?

Ans. After the successful completion of the training, candidates will receive a starting salary of INR 1.77 LPA (Associates)and INR 2 LPA (IT Services).

Ques. Does HCL Techbee provide scholarships?

Ans. Yes. HCL Techbee provides scholarships to the candidates who have scored 90% or above in the training, there is a 100% tuition waiver. If the score is between 85%-89% then they get a 50% waiver.

Ques. When will the admit cards for the HCL CAT entrance exam be released?

Ans. You will be able to generate your own Admit card once you schedule your exam at the TechBee portal, please wait for an official communication on your registered email ID on how to go about doing the same.
