National Institute of Technology, Calicut (NIT Calicut)

Masters in Computer Application (MCA) is a six-semester postgraduate degree at NIT Calicut which is one of the most prestigious NITs in India.

• NIT Calicut has 46 seats for the MCA course which are filled through the common entrance exam NIMCET.
• NIMCET or NIT MCA Common Entrance Test is conducted every year for admissions in NIT Calicut. 
• The student has to get at least 60% marks in graduation and appear in the NIMCET exam to take admission in the MCA course of NIT Calicut.
• Out of 28 eligible students in 2018-19 batch, 22 were placed with an average annual package of INR 9.78 LPA. 
• The highest package offered to MCA students for the academic year 2018-19 is INR 25.91 LPA.

Cochin University of Science and Technology

CUSAT is another renowned organization in Kerala that provides a masters’ degree in Computer Application. It offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in a number of streams. 

• To take admission to the MCA course at CUSAT, one has to get at least 55% marks in graduation.

• The eligible undergraduate courses for MCA admissions are:

Calicut University
