AP EAMCET 2020 Re-Application for COVID Positive Candidates to End on Sept 30, Check Now


Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada, has begun the re-application process for AP EAMCET 2020, for candidates who had been COVID-19 positive, when the exams were conducted between 17-25 September 2020.

As per the official notice issued by JNTU, Kakinada, candidates who were unable to attend the exams as they were COVID-19 positive or quarantined, can reapply for the test by September 30, 2020. They have to submit a self-declaration form along with the application, which is provided below.

The notice reads, “It is hereby decided to conduct APEAMCET-2020 for the candidates who have tested positive for COVID-19 and who were quarantined at the time of conduct of the examination.

Any candidate registered for the examination and could not attend the examination due to COVID-19 positive tested as on allotted date of EAMCET-2020 can apply through email by sending the Hall-Ticket, COVID-19 positive report and declaration form given below to the following email id helpdeskeamcet2020@gmail.com on or before 30.09.2020 by 5.00 pm. 

The dates of conduct of test will be intimated later. For any queries students/ parents can contact 0884-2340535, 2356255.”

The AP EAMCET 2020 exam dates for the new set of exams is yet to be determined. The AP EAMCET answer key was released on September 26. Candidates were also given the opportunity to raise objections against the response provided in the answer key till Septemeber 28. After the deadline, candidates would no longer be able to raise their objections. 

AP EAMCET 2020: Re-application Process

For re-application, AP EAMCET candidates have to send an email to the AP EAMCET 2020 helpdesk.

Candidates have to attach their AP EAMCET 220 hall ticket, COVID-19 positive report and a self-declaration form with the email written to helpdeskeamcet2020@gmail.com. The application can be sent before 5 pm on September 30, 2020.

AP EAMCET 2020: Self-Declaration Form

Students who intend to take the AP EAMCET 2020 on its new schedule, have to submit a self-declaration form along with the hall ticket and COVID positive certificate. This is required for application to attend exams. 

The self-declaration form needs to have detailed information regarding the candidates as of name, hall ticket number, the information mentioned in the medical report and registration number. 

Earlier, JNTU conducted AP EAMCET 2020 on separate dates for Agriculture and Engineering streams. For engineering stream, it was held on September 17-18 and 21-23 while for agriculture from September 23-25.
