Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Assam has officially released the revised dates of the Assam PAT 2020 exam. Polytechnic Admission Test will be held on October 3 in the forenoon session. The exam will last from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM.
Due to COVID-19, the Assam DTE administration had given discretion to students in choosing the nearest exam centre. Accordingly, Assam PAT has increased the exam centres across the state from 20 to 23. Admit cards of the Polytechnic Admission Test will be released soon on the official website.

Assam PAT 2020: Exam Pattern
Assam Polytechnic Admission Test consists of a total of 100 questions from Mathematics and Science, & General Knowledge, and English. The exam will be conducted in offline mode and 2 hours will be allotted to take the test. There is no provision of negative marking in the Assam PAT exam.
Candidates are offered admission into various Engineering and Technology Diploma courses on clearing the Assam PAT. All Courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
