BVDU to conduct BUMAT 2020 in Online Mode; exam to be held on 18 & 19 August


Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) or BVDU recently announced that the BUMAT 2020 will be conducted in online mode this year.

Taking into consideration the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, BVDU has decided to hold the BUMAT 2020 in online mode instead of the usual offline written mode. The exam will be conducted on August 18 and 19. The results for BUMAT 2020 be released on August 27.

BUMAT is conducted for admission to BBA and BCA courses at BVDU. This year the exam is set to me conducted in a remote proctored internet-based mode. The candidates who have registered have the option of appearing for the test from the comfort of their homes. Exams for all UG and PG courses in all departments will be conducted in this mode. 

The candidates appearing for exams are required to have basic necessities such as a computer and a webcam with an in-built mic. Internet connection is also a necessity. Guidelines issued by the university suggest that the computers must have Windows 8 OS and above.

In order to prepare better for BUMAT, online mock tests will also be conducted by the university. They will be notified about the same on their registered contact details such as mobile number/SMS or email.
