What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“A set of strong values, morals and principles”

My philosophy of leadership influences the authorization and work power of my organization. I want all my team members to be responsive and active with influential goal setting. I integrate positive values and morals among the members to guide them achieve success. My strong belief is to lead the team with optimism, love & laughter and focussing on solutions.

What are your roles and responsibilities towards students?

“Establishing a connection and cooperation”

My prime responsibility is to build up a good connect with students to offer them a bond of trust and faith. Students not only need good academic practices, but an exposure to professional marketplace and standard placement services as well. We regularly organize expert talks, campus drives and other career services to screen their potential and project them with confidence for outside world. 


How do you guide your students to survive in such a competitive scenario? 

“Practical sessions with trainings and workshops”

We plan and strategize in our curriculum in such a way that it gives students better opportunities and exposure to practical world. We organize seminars and workshops focussing on the career opportunities on a regular basis. With more value based learning programs, we help students identify their talents and skills. We train students with the desired skill set associated with industry requirements and high competitive world.


Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?

“Be limitless and never settle for anything easier”

I want to say that sky is your limit. Be fearless and never lose hope. No failure should stop you from achieving your ultimate goals. Keep your level high and attitude low to gain every little opportunity that may sometime change your life.
