Here is what he has to say in his interview.

What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Education is the way forward for a nation to strive for excellence”

I believe education is the solution to all the problems of society. Education molds the personality of people and the society. It helps shape the existence of humans and solve mysteries once considered impossible.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“I believe in leading by setting an example”

Lead by Setting an Example is the idea of leadership. Also, you stop being a leader when no one approaches you for a solution to their problems. I believe in Prioritising, Delegating, Empowering, and success belonging to them, and failures fall in my bag.Leadership cannot be taught; it needs development over some time. The current academic schedule and syllabi have less stress on this essential aspect of personality development.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Students should focus on developing and learning in their chosen field”

Be the best in your chosen field. It is survival of the fittest once you step out of the College, Adapt continuously, grow, learn, upgrade your skills, and never give up; convert every adversity into an opportunity.

I would also advise students not to be just salary seekers, but concentrate on confronting the difficulties that our rural India faces and find affordable solutions to them. There is a tremendous scope In this field, and students who graduate from RVCE must focus on this crucial aspect.
