Thoughts on education industry

Education industry is one of the best industries to be in. In here, one gets to be in touch with young innovative minds that helps you to maintain and grow your own creative potent even more. I can say it with great pride, for me my experience in this sector has been a fulfilling and a satisfying one.

Leadership philosophy and style

I believe in leading by example as well as taking everyone in stride. This approach helps in building and maintaining a harmonious and a positive environment. For example, I implemented the “Clean campus” drive successfully as the entire staff and students participated in holding the event actively. I had to be at the forefront and at the same time be with them.

Challenges faced as the Director

While leading a self-financed institute, we continuously strive to be the best. It is a tedious process, and a continuous learning process as trends keep on changing. With faculties leaving for greener pastures, dealing with new changes of governing bodies, declining job opportunities and many such issues need to be tackled.

Mantra followed to keep up the institute’s brand name

TEAM WORK is essential for success of any organization. Similarly, I intend to take my team (teaching, non-teaching staff and students) in confidence and keep open communication with them to ensure the success of my institute. Keeping abreast of the technology and new systems is a must for survival and this is what will take my institute to greater heights.

Curriculum meeting the industry standards

All India of Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has defined proper guidelines for framing a model syllabus for each program. And as per that only, RTMNU has adopted a new syllabus from academic session 2019-20. This syllabus will bridge the gap between industry and academia. Apart from that we walk an extra mile to give required industry exposure to our students and faculty. We hold seminars, workshops, industry visits and more to make them all industry ready.

Welcoming students from all the cultures

When students come from varied backgrounds, it becomes our moral responsibility to bring them together as a homogenous group. When we conduct an Induction program, we make sure that activities are undertaken to bring the students together. Working in groups and teams, the students come closer and thus build a positive culture in the institute.

Placement opportunities at the institute

When one joins the MBA program, he/she wants to get a satisfying and fulfilling job eventually. We have a placement cell, which dedicatedly works for the students’ placements. They are responsible to network and connect with various companies, who can prove to be a potential employer to our students.

I wish to give my students ample opportunities and make them employable so that they can pursue their dreams as soon as possible.

Maintaining a healthy relation with the students

Communication is key to successful relationships. I am available for my students to listen to their queries, solve their grievances and guide them. I interact with them every month for getting their feedback on all the topics.

Dr. Changole’s dynamic approach towards student and faculty development

Faculty members are the core members and are very important for the development of any institute. Our institute regularly sends faculty to upgrade their skills and attend faculty development programs. Internal Quality Assurance Cell of our institute funds research projects of teachers and thus encourages them to keep on doing quality research.
