Education industry is one of the fastest emerging industries of all times. It has always inspired me to help students through education. There are various factors that have influenced me to be in this industry. One of the major aspects of being in this industry is our youth. The youth is one of the strongest pillars of our country which would strengthen it and make it prosper. To educate them and make them good human beings is very important for a nation to grow. When the youth is well educated, the country can prosper and reach new heights.

 Other factors like new evolving technologies have inspired me to help students in achieving their goals in life. There has always been a gap between the industry and academics in our country. To bridge this gap, the best approach is apprenticeship and providing world class industrial training to the students.

As the Executive Vice President of AISECT Group of Universities, my major role is to help in the growth and prosperity of the Universities as well as the students. I am solely responsible for the smooth functioning of all the universities and cater to the needs of students. To provide the students good quality education and make them responsible citizens of our country is my major goal that I have to achieve every time a student takes admission in our universities. 

The main responsibility towards the universities is to make them prosper by providing them well equipped infrastructure and appointing faculty that are well qualified. Planning activities and interactive sessions that involve both faculty and students to communicate with each other and bridge the gap between them.

By providing world class education and developing skills we want to set a benchmark in the industry

The utmost priority is to administer the universities in such a way that they become the leaders of providing world class education to every strata of the society. Also, no student remains untouched by the light of education. By providing them world class education and infrastructure, we aim to reach new heights in the education industry. 

Online education is the new trend going on and we need to be the masters of the art. We have come up with new ways and means to educate and interact with the students and make our faculties more tech-savvy. We have already started the process of making video lectures to educate students so that their studies are not affected.

In the coming years we need to adapt new technologies that would help in the smooth functioning of the universities. We need to be more communicative and interactive so that students are well engaged.

We have students from various cultures and backgrounds where they speak different languages and have different intellectual levels. Thus, it becomes important that our faculty trains them well and brings each student on the same level.

Another biggest challenge that we all are facing is the COVID situation. All our universities are trying to provide online video lectures so that students do not face any difficulties in their studies and the session does not get hampered. We aim to give all the facilities to the students in terms of admission guidance, career counselling, online classes & even placements for current students. We are using our best possible resources to keep in touch with the students and help them in whatever way we can.

In my opinion the youth should focus on the latest trends of technology and innovation. Another important skill that the students should focus on is their communication skills, because it is one of the major aspects that play an important role in their overall development. If they have good communication skills, they can easily convey their thoughts and ideas. 

As we all know that the COVID crisis has affected many industries it has become very important for the students to enhance their skills. They should try to utilize this time to learn new things and do certifications that would help them in future. They should be open for the opportunities that come their way and adjust with the current situation. This is the time when they can search for various courses available and choose what is best for them and fight their way out. This will help them stand out in this difficult time and get jobs in their desired fields.
