Educational quality should be understood primarily in terms of the quality of student learning

The primary objective of a quality curriculum is to enable students to acquire and develop the knowledge, skills, and associated capabilities in an inclusive manner. Key indicators of a curriculum’s success include quality learning and its effective implementation for the personal, social, physical, and psychological development of the students.

Educational quality should be understood primarily in terms of the quality of student learning, which in turn depends to a great extent on the quality of teaching. Prime importance is given to the fact that good teaching and learning are greatly enhanced by the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of the curriculum.

Conventional methods have been long gone and replaced with the new & effective methods of teaching

My experience in the education industry has been very fulfilling. Over the years, I have seen a plethora of changes taking place in the education system. Conventional methods have been long gone and replaced with the new and effective methods of teaching. Employment opportunities have increased & the quality of education has improved.

All these years, I have seen research being an integral part of the system. It has carved new paths for the students, through which they will excel in their future and reach new heights.

The future lies in the hands of students

Being a part of the education industry, adopting progressive teaching methodology would be one of the goals for the next few years. Our teaching philosophy is to be upbeat, enthusiastic, and engaging every time so that the students are excited to learn and act. Making a positive change in the academic career of students and seeing them achieve their goals would be our prime objective.

We truly believe that the future lies in the hands of students. We intend to help students reach their maximum potential in their respective areas. There is no education without passion; and if we want to make this world a better place, we should start collaborating for this mission. I think inspiration helps a lot. It helps in increasing the internal strength of a student. A very difficult subject may also seem easy if students have confidence and full inner strength.

Leadership shapes the orientation and approach to life

As a leader in the education sector, my role is to create a vision of academic success for all the students. The path to becoming a better leader is to set your leadership philosophy and the standards to which you aspire. True leadership is the one that solicits input and feedback from those around them so that everyone feels part of the process.

Leaders share their vision or strategy to the people they address and guide them in the best possible way. According to my experience, you need to foster a positive environment that allows your team to flourish. Transformation is how leaders achieve universal and benevolent outcomes and are the second main factor of leadership. Leadership shapes the orientation and approach to life and growth to lead people in the right direction.

Students will be judged not only by their performance but by the quality of their learning

My suggestion to the students is to make the best use of the resources around them. I want them to read and explore what they are interested in. The key to success is that they are motivated to do it. I know how idealistic it may sound but hope that in the coming year's students will be judged not only by their performance but by the quality of their learning. I want to convey a message that students should be encouraged to be creative, not restrained.

We have to continually challenge assumptions and allow students to ask questions

One of the greatest challenges that pertains till date in the Indian Education System is preventing the great social divide from widening and creating a learning culture. I think we all are learning in a social context and thinking in many ways about the community. Its ups and downs, its conflicts and the fact that it is not supposed to be defined by boundaries.

To foster education in a multicultural society, a sharing of a world-wide vision is essential. In progressive schools for encouraging global thinking, we have to continually challenge assumptions and allow students to ask questions. Survey practices globally and adapt them locally into our education system.

Focussing on Communication and updating Technical skills is pivotal

Education is a pivotal factor in the economic development of any country. India, since the early days of independence, has always focused on improving the literacy rate. Even today, the government runs many programs to promote primary and higher education in India.

The most important skill that students should focus on is building communication because it enables them to express themselves in a right way. Secondly, they should be technically updated according to the current trends in the market. Students should participate in sports and co-curricular activities along with their studies which will help in their personality development.
