Calicut University has released the result for 2nd allotment on October 6, 2020. Candidates can check their result by visiting the official website (ugcap.uoc.ac.in) online.

Students had already submitted their application for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for the second round during September. This year, close to 1 lakh applications has been received for admission to Calicut University.

Calicut University 2nd Allotment Result 2020: How to Check?

Candidates who have applied for the second round of seat allotment can follow the below steps to check the result.

  •  Visit the official website of Calicut University i.e. ugcap.uoc.ac.in.
  • Scroll down to “CU Degree Allotment Result 2020” 
  • Candidates can also use the “Centralized Admission Process” at the right side of the website.
  • Enter the ‘CAP ID’ and ‘Registration Number’ in the given space and click ‘Submit’.
  • The result will appear on the screen.
  • Check the result and take a print out of the same for the future references.

Admission to Calicut University: What is “Centralized Admission Process"?

  • In this system, candidates have to submit one application form for all the colleges under the university.
  • Candidates can choose various courses in the same college.
  • Centralized Admission Process is applicable to self-financed colleges and government-aided colleges.
  • Students are given admission on the basis of merit, seat availability and competition.
