BITSAT Admit Card 2021 will be released online tentatively by the second week of April, 2021. The exam, conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani will be held between the third and fourth week of May, 2021. 

BITSAT is an all India entrance exam for admission into graduate level B.Tech and Engineering programs into either of the four BITS campuses.

Candidates can download and print the admit card from the official website of BITSAT at bitsadmission.com by entering the required credentials. The admit card is a very important document that candidates must carry to their respective examination centres on the day of their test. It contains all information regarding BITSAT (BITS Admission Test) and one’s candidature. 

• In case of any discrepancy/error in the admit card candidates should immediately get in touch with the concerned authorities. 

• Candidates who have completed their online application successfully will be given the admit card. This along with other accepted id documents has to be produced at the exam hall.

• This 3 hour long exam with 150 questions will be conducted in multiple sessions. Questions in each set will therefore be equalised to ensure the same level of difficulty.

• All questions in the paper will be Multiple Choice Questions. The exam will be out of a total of 450 marks. 

• Students are eligible to sit for the exam if they have completed their 10+2 level from a recognised board with 75% aggregate in PCM/PCB with 60% in each of these subjects.

• Candidates must carry two copies of their recent passport size photograph along with a valid id proof.

How to Download Admit Card?

Candidates can download the admit card by following the given steps below:

• Visit the official website bistadmission.com

• Under BITSAT 2021 announcement notice, you will find the link to slot booking.

• Clicking on that link will open a new page that has a link to download the BITSAT 2021 hall ticket (you will also find separate links to view your examination center address, city, slot, your application status, and city allotment).

• Click on the hall ticket link to continue. Fill in your personal details such as application number and password. Click on the proceed button. 

• Download your admit card and print out a few copies.

Details on the Admit Card

Candidates will find the following information on their BITSAT 2021 admit cards:

• Your application number

• Your allotted test centre.

• Your name as entered during registration.

• Date on which the test will be conducted

• Time at which the exam will start 

• Subject opted for part 4 of BITSAT (biology or mathematics)

• Instructions to the candidate and slot for your signature. 

Instructions While Downloading the Admit Card

Parameters that should be followed while downloading the admit card:

• Use a good browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge with good internet connection and adequate speed.

• Do not use mobile devices or tablets for the download. Desktop or laptops should only be used.

• If you encounter any problems while downloading, hard refresh once and try again. Use the control + shift + R buttons to refresh the page.

What to Do if You Do Not Remember the Correct Credentials?

Even though it is strongly suggested that candidates save their credentials for future use, it might happen that somehow it was lost. In case you have lost your credentials, do not worry as you can retrieve the same by following the given steps below:

• Visit the BITS admission portal bitsadmission.com

• Select the BITSAT 2021 admission portal

• Once the candidate login portal has opened, select the “forgot application number” or “forgot password” link depending on whichever detail you forgot.

• Enter the required information such as your email address, mobile phone number, and your name.

• Click on the submit button. Your credentials will be sent to your phone number as a text message and email address.

Instructions That Must be Followed by Candidates

You will find the following instructions on your admit card:

• Candidates are not allowed to carry any personal belongings such as a calculator, bags, electronic gadgets like digital watches, to the venue. 

• Candidates must bring their own pen for signature and rough works. 

• Candidates must not apply henna/ or paint on their fingers as their finger print will be taken at the test centre. 

Note: Failure to comply with the above mentioned instructions might lead to disqualification from the examination.

Discrepancies in the Admit Card

Candidates are advised to contact the concerned authorities in case the following discrepancies are found:

• You name is incorrect

• Spelling error in either of your parent’s names.

• Your date of birth is wrong

• Your subject (exam paper) is wrong

A valid identification proof must be produced by the examinees. Candidates are required to carry the following documents apart from the admit card to the examination centre on the date of their test:

Guidelines to be Followed on the Day of Your Examination

Candidates are advised to keep these guidelines in mind to avoid any hassle in the hall:

• Bring two passport size photographs and do not forget to carry your admit card along with either one of the original id proof mentioned above.

• Arrive at your examination hall at least 45 minutes before the commencement of the exam.

• Follow the instructions printed on your admit card.

• Do not leave the examination hall before the conclusion of the examination.

• Retain the admit card safely till the time of your counselling.
