Hyderabad University: UoHEE 2020 to Commence from Today i.e. Sept 24


The University of Hyderabad is all set to commence UoHEE 2020 from today i.e. September 24 in online mode. The entrance exam is conducted for admission in PG and Research-based programs. UoHEE 2020 is set to conclude on September 26. 

“Around 62,000 candidates will take the examination,” said Appa Rao Podile, Hyderabad University Vice-Chancellor. A total of 62,583 applications were received by the University, for admission into integrated 5-Year courses in M. Tech, M.Phil., M.Sc., and Ph.D.

UoHEE 2020 hall ticket was released on September 16 on the official website of Hyderabad university. 

Online entrance exam

UoHEE 2020 will be conducted in online mode. The question paper will consist of 100 objective type questions each consisting of 1 mark. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. The Question Paper will be divided into two parts A and B. There is also negative marking for attempting wrong answers. Candidates have to carry a hard copy of the hall ticket to the examination centre.

SOPs to be followed inside the campus

Exam centres have to follow the standard operating procedure for the safe conduct of the Hyderabad University entrance exam. Everyone is to thermally scan before entering the campus. It is compulsory to wear a Face mask for both students and invigilators. Norms of Social distancing will be followed strictly during the examination procedure. Candidates are allowed to bring pocket-size hand sanitizers to the examination centre.

Hyderabad University classes are likely to function regularly from the first week of November.
