Over 300 offers were bagged by the students of IIT Delhi during the online internship program which was conducted virtually.
The online internship offers to IIT Delhi students crossed over 230 unique selections which included international training offers from South Korea, the US, and Hong Kong.
Over 150 organizations registered with the institute took part in the internship recruitment drive. Many students from various disciplines even bagged more than one internship. Students from the second and third year of B.Tech courses and students from dual degree courses bagged internship offers from several international and domestic companies.

The Selection process such as registrations, orientation, training, presentation, interviews, and tests for the internship hiring program was conducted by using various e-resources. The first phase began on September 6, 2020, and the final phase will begin from January 2021.
The ILO & Head, Office of career services (OCS), IIT Delhi, Anishya O. Madan said that the selections of the institute's undergraduate students for summer internship 2021 are spectacular and the same is expected during the final placement.
She also thanked the IIT Delhi’s OCS team which consists of staff, student volunteers, and coordinators for their efforts in the selection process of the online internship program.
