Law School: JGLS is all Set to Commence New Academic Session from September 1 


With most of the law entrance exams at hold and no sign of admission in law schools, Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) becomes the first leading law school that will be commencing the new academic session for all the programs from September 1 onwards.

This year, around 1,500 students took admission in six different undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Jindal Global Law School. There has been an incredible increase in the students' enrolment this year with a 70% rise from 2019.

JGLS Founding Dean, C Raj Kumar said in a statement, "The astounding success of the JGLS Admissions 2020 could be contributed to the acquired national and international reputation by JGLS."

He also added that wide-ranging international collaborations, dynamic mooting and advocacy opportunities, effective clinical legal education and experiential learning, and the impressive physical infrastructure and vibrant intellectual environment at JGLS is at par excellence.

Dean Kumar also disclosed that the institute has received 10 applications for each seat in its flagship 5 year Law program, where intake is based on merit and LSAT. Alongside this, there is a remarkable increase of 40-100% in 3 year LLB and LLM programs. 

JGLS was ranked as India's Number 1 Law School in QS World University Rankings 2020 and also bagged a position in the top 101-150 law schools across the world. Jindal Global Law School is affiliated to Jindal Global University (JGU) and is India's first Global Law School which exclusively offers Law programs in Haryana.
