Mahatma Gandhi University Releases Revised Dates For Semester Exams, IMCA and DDMCA


Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) Kerala has released a notification stating the revised schedule for Integrated Master of Computer Applications (IMCA) and Dual Degree Master of Computer Applications (DDMCA).

MGU rescheduled dates are valid for the students who took admission into regular courses of the 2019 session and for the sessions between 2016 to 2018 supplementary exams.

The third-semester IMCA (2018 regular admission/2017 supplementary admission) and DMCA ( 2014-16 supplementary admission) are scheduled from June 18, 2020 to July 3, 2020.

The first-semester IMCA ( 2019 Regular admission/ 2017-18 admissions supplementary) and DDMCA (2014-16 admission supplementary) exams will be held from June 19, 2020 to July 3, 2020.

The IMCA program offered at MGU is a ten-semester course extending to the duration of 5 academic years. While DDMCA is a dual degree course of 6 semesters for three academic years.

Previously the IMCA and DDMCA exams were scheduled to be held in the month of March and April 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 outbreak and amid nationwide lockdown, the university has revised the dates.

The university has also launched an online platform to address the student's grievances, by the name of Vidhyarthy Samparka Paripady.
