MG University 3rd Allotment Result 2020 to be Announced Soon; Check@cap.mg.ac.in


Mahatma Gandhi University will soon be releasing the result for the 3rd round of seat allotment of Undergraduate Courses in the month of October. Candidates can check the 3rd round seat allotment result on the official website of Mahatma Gandhi University.

Candidates who wish to take admission in undergraduate courses can apply for admission through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Candidates can choose as many colleges and their courses as possible for Government Aided and Self-financed colleges affiliated to MG University.

Important Instructions for the students

  • Candidates can check the 3rd round of seat allotment online on the official website by entering application number and password.
  • Candidates who have received their allotment result for any of the two allotments should download “Allotment Memo” after making the due payment of INR 1113 for the General category and INR 50 for the SC/ST category. It should be presented before the Principal of the college to which candidate is allotted.
  • There are two modes of admission i.e. Temporary and Permanent. Students who got allotted to the first option, won’t be able to use the ‘Temporary’ admission option.
  • Candidates who have secured a seat in the preferred college should contact the college and submit the following certificates within 15 days from the date of the seat allotment.

Eligibility certificate from MG University in case candidates have passed their qualifying exam from other board CBSE/CISCE/KHSEB.

  • Candidates who have got their admission done in the preferred college should download an acknowledgement slip for future references.
  •  Candidates who failed to report the allotted college within the scheduled date and time will have to lose the chance to claim the seat.
  • Any request to retain the previous allotment after further allotment will not be considered.

  • Visit the official website of Mahatma Gandhi University.
  • Click on '3rd Round Seat Allotment Result 2020' under the ‘News and Event’ section.
  • Enter CAP application number and password and click submit.
  • The result will appear on the screen.
  • Now, check the result and download a copy of the result in PDF format for the future references.
