MJPRU to commence exams from August 20


MJPRU is all set to begin with its final year examination from August 20,2020. 

The Dean and the Principal of the colleges of MJPRU in a committee agreed to this proposal. Soon after the approval by the Examination Committee, the appropriate date sheet will be released on the official website.

Besides this, it has also been decided that the exams of the subjects such as Hindi, English and Sociology, for both regular and private candidates will be held on the respective dates allotted. The set of question papers will also be separate for each candidate. 

This is to maintain social distancing norms due to COVID pandemic prevailing all over the country 

As per the RU proposal, it has been agreed to commence PG Examination after August 20, 2020. The exam duration will not exceed 3 hours and the same set of question papers will be allotted to the candidates.

An appropriate schedule of the exams will be set up by the Dean and the Head of Departments and the Controller of the Examination will be informed accordingly.

It has also been agreed in a meeting regarding the reopening of the hostels nearly before the exams so that the candidates may not face any kinds of troubles during exam days.

Last year, it was also observed that the total number of questions were reduced for both UG and PG candidates. The choice will be provided to the candidates accordingly.

All the required precautions will be taken during the exam in order to maintain social distancing in the examination hall. Therefore, the candidates are requested to wear masks and carry sanitizers along with them. Candidates won't be allowed to appear for the exams without masks and sanitizers. 

The entire examination centre will be sanitized properly after every shift of the exams and 2 hours will be allotted to each shift.

Rohilkhand University is about to commence its final year examination from August 20, 2020.

It has been decided that MJPRU will conduct regular and private candidates’ exams as per the separate dates being allocated for subjects like Hindi, English and Sociology etc.

A separate set of question papers will be provided to each candidate in such a way that it can be attempted within 2 hrs. An appropriate schedule of the exams will be released for both UG and PG courses on the approval by the Examination Committee. The schedule will be set up, in respect of each department of the various courses.

Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exams without masks and sanitizers.Although, the examination centre will also be sanitized entirely after each and every shift. Additionally, the college will have separate screening arrangements too.
