Mumbai University has issued a notification allowing the conduct of the first year semester exams till January 9, 2021.
Mumbai University will be conducting the exams for Arts, Science and Commerce colleges affiliated with the varsity.
Earlier, the university expected to complete the winter exams by December 31, 2020. As the classes for academic session 2020 started late, the mandatory 90 days period was not completed to conduct the first year exams. However, the principals and the teaching staff of the affiliated colleges suggested that we postpone the exams.

Apart from this, the PG courses semester exams will be commencing from December 10, via digital mode. The exams will include practical papers and viva voice as well.

Students have also been given a chance to choose the telephonic exams if they are not equipped with a laptop or internet connection.
All the exams will have duration of one hour and the results are to be published by the University on December 24, 2020.
