National Law University (NLU) Delhi has begun registration for a 3-months Certificate Course in Business and Commercial Laws. Students have to apply online at the official website of the university (nludelhi.ac.in) within October 15, 2020. Read details below.

National Law University (NLU) Delhi and Center for Corporate Law And Governance is conducting online admission for a three months' online certification course in Business and Commercial Laws. 

Interested candidates who are practising lawyer, company secretaries, chartered accountants, or other related professions can apply by October 15, 2020.

The three-month course is conducted by the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. The course aims to provide knowledge and information about relevant substantive laws and train the youth for litigation in commercial courts. The course will cover the basic aspects of business and commercial laws.

Business and Commercial Laws: Course Details

The three-month online course of Business and Commercial Laws is managed by a team of academicians, practitioners, and relevant professionals. NL U's experienced professionals and academicians will conduct online classes for each module separately. 

Apart from that, contact classes will be conducted on the weekends. At the end of the course, students will be provided with a Certification based on their overall performance.

Business and Commercial Laws Course: Eligibility Criteria

The interested students who are willing to take admission in the three-month online course of Business and Commercial Laws need to have experience in Practicing law, company secretaries, chartered accountants, and other related fields of law.

Business and Commercial Law Certification Course: Application Process

To enrol in Business and Commercial Law three months' online certification course, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click on the Admission Link.

Step 2: Fill details as of Name, Address, and other information.

Step 3: Upload photograph and signature and click on the "next" option at the bottom of the form.

Step 3: Add your Qualification details, Experience (if any), and other required details in the form. After making sure everything is accurate, click on the "next" tab.

Step 4: In the last step pay the application fee of INR 3000 plus additional bank charges to confirm your admission. Students have to pay the Course Fees of Rs. 30,000 on the commencement of the course.
