Is there any sort of ragging in Presidency University Kolkata?

My brother studies at Presidency University and as a PG student, he can vouch that ragging is prohibited inside the campus. Added to this are policies against casteism, sexism, racism, and other violations against humanity and dignity. The campus is very liberal and you won't find students with judgemental or offensive thoughts.

Presidency even has several student bodies like PUCASH for the address of complaints related to sexual harassment. There is a UGC prescribed anti-ragging cell as well which is quite active. The students there are more intellectually oriented and do not perform petty actions.
