The eligibility for pursuing a master’s in Statistics at ISI Kolkata is graduation in a relevant field from a recognized university. You need to have scored at least 55% or the equivalent CGPA in graduation to be eligible for admission. The final admission is based on the entrance examination performance and interview.

To pursue a Master's in Statistics at ISI Kolkata, an applicant needs to have some minimum eligibility criteria. According to some of my friends studying there, the eligibility criteria are as follows:
- A degree of B. Math from the Institute itself that is ISI, OR
- A Post-Graduate Diploma in Statistical Methods with Applications from the Institute itself that is ISI, OR
- A Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology Degree or any other three-year Bachelor's degree with Statistics as a full subject.
The first-year course is offered at the Delhi & Chennai campus and the second year is held at the campus of Kolkata.
