Which one is better Chandigarh University vs Lovely Professional University?

I have friends from both the institutes and after interacting with them, I can say that Chandigarh University is the better. Following are the reasons for the same:

1. Chandigarh University, if compared with Lovely Professional University, offers the best environment. They are renowned to put in extra amounts of effort for both the faculty and the students equally.
2. The faculty is highly professional with a vast amount of experience helping contribute to the vision students have.
3. Chandigarh University is ranked amongst the major educational institutions of North India. Most essentially, for the longest time now, Chandigarh University has been ranked in the top list 
4. However, Chandigarh University has a compulsory dress code every Wednesday. B.E. students are mandated to wear a white shirt with a striped red colored tie alongside a greyish trousers, as per requirements.
5. Software Engineering is one of the most recommended subject areas out of most others at Chandigarh University.
