AIIMS Jodhpur is better than AIIMS Rishikesh if you are looking for PG degree. It offers more seats for PG programs. There are 103 seats at AIIMS Jodhpur while AIIMS Rishikesh has 74 seats.
In terms of faculty and patient load too, AIIMS Jodhpur is better. You will be offered good lab facilities. The labs are well-maintained and equipped with the latest instruments.
Every student gets single room accommodation in the hostel. The mess facilities and food quality are better than any other medical college.

Currently, AIIMS Jodhpur is the best among all new AIIMS.
- The teaching methodology followed on campus is great. The teachers are quite cooperative.
- There are well-maintained labs with the latest instruments.
- The Anatomy Department has a large number of cadavers. For each cadaver, there will be only 10-12 students. So, you can easily learn things.
- The hostels are well-maintained. Students are provided single rooms. The mess service and food facilities are good. The hostel rules are quite lenient. There is a student welfare society that is supportive of students’ concerns.
- Sports facilities offered on campus are best among most medical colleges.
- AIIMS Jodhpur organizes their cultural fest AURA in the first week of March every year. They also organize an intercollege sports fest each year.
Location wise also AIIMS Jodhpur is situated near the heart of the city, while AIIMS Rishikesh is located in the outer part of the city.
