Compared to other technical institution in Bhopal and Indore, UIT RGPV fares well. The institute has a well-experienced faculty pool. Most professors are cooperative and friendly. Classes and examinations are scheduled regularly. You will have to do most of the studies yourself. The faculties and the college can only help guide you.

RGPV placements are good, especially for branches such as CS or IT. TCS, Infosys, Hexaware, etc. are some of the major recruiters that visit the campus placements regularly.

I have a few friends who graduated from UIT-RGPV. According to them, the institute is compared to other engineering colleges in Bhopal.

Classes are conducted regularly depending on the department that you are enrolled in.
The peer group at the institute will be great, compared to other private colleges. Students of UIT-RGPV perform quite well in competitive examinations like GATE or IES.
The placement record for branches like CSE, EC, and IT are great. Many recruiters visit the campus to recruit students from these branches. According to the recent placement highlights the average CTC offered at the institute was 4 LPA. However, the placement statistics for core branches are not that great. Most core branch students prepare for competitive exams.
However, the grading is tough at UIT-RGPV, compared to private colleges.

Overall, UIT-RGPV offers good academics.
