If you can’t visit the university in person, you can apply for your transcripts through service providers. There are many service providers who will help you get your transcripts online. You will have to make an application for RGPV transcripts through the website of the service provider of your choosing. Upload the required documents. The service providers will deliver your transcripts to your address. MailTranscripts offer good services. They usually deliver transcripts within 2 weeks.

You can get the transcript from RGPV University with the help of MailTranscripts without personally visiting the university. You only have to submit your scanned copies of the marksheet and degree certificate and the team will get you your transcript in around 2 weeks. You can also track the status of your request throughout the process.

To receive the transcript you will need to follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Submit an application form at the university.
  • Get all the photocopies of the mark sheets and degree documents of the course covered to apply for the transcript.
  • You can also apply online for your transcripts on the website of Worldwide Transcripts
  • RGPV has provided the option to apply for the transcript online.
  • You have to log in to your student portal and click on the Student Service.
  • In the student service section, there is an option to apply for a transcript online.
  • Fees for 10 copies of the transcript is INR 500 and modes of delivery are self, mail, and post.

RGPV University has made some changes regarding the transcript. Now, they are dispatching the transcript directly to WES (World Education Service). The transcript will be in a sealed and stamped envelope. The candidate has to be present at that time.
