Which is better among IIT Roorkee, IIT Hyderabad, and IIIT Hyderabad for an M.Tech in CSE?

Curriculum

At IIT Hyderabad, the course also includes certification in Data Science which is the most sought after skill set according to current industry standards.

It is very tough to distinguish between these colleges as these are premier institutes of the nation. Infrastructurally they are almost at par with all facilities available. Faculties are highly qualified, few being involved in many government funded research projects.
