ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad is better. It has a great faculty base. ABES offers good learning resources and facilities. It has an impressive placement record as well. ABES Engineering College placements 2022 concluded with an average CTC of INR 6.4 LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was INR 47.2 LPA. Companies such as Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, etc. take part in campus recruitment.

B.Tech Mechanical Engineering, ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad (2021)

Both are pretty ordinary options. DIT University is located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand while ABES Engineering College is located in Ghaziabad.

Looking at the placement statistics of both the institutes for the year 2019-20, DIT University states that the average CTC and highest CTC are INR 4.96 LPA and INR 15 LPA respectively.
ABES Engineering College declared that the highest CTC offered was INR 10 LPA to CSE students for this year.
Both are decently good but just ordinary and can choose one over the other without many dilemmas. Both the colleges will also offer similar levels of teaching, faculty, and facilities.
One thing that favors DIT University is its pleasant climate and proximity to the Himalayas and thus should attract nature lovers.
If you are more of a city person, then Ghaziabad is more apt for you. Otherwise, choose anyone over the other.
