National Institute of Technology Rourkela popularly known as NIT Rourkela is conducting its placement drive for the batch 2022 and has recorded 100% placements for its mining department with nearly 20 students receiving an annual CTC of INR 46.08 LPA. A total of 325 companies offered 1274 offers and 128 students received the package of INR 20 LPA or more.
NIT Rourkela is conducting its placement drive for the batch 2021 and 3 students were offered the Highest Package of INR 45 LPA. In the placement drive of 2021, around 256 recruiters participated in the placement drive out of which 101 were first time recruiters.
In the placement drive of 2021, the Average CTC stood at INR 9.36 LPA and 84 companies offered 253 students the salary package of more than INR 10 LPA.
The institute is also conducting its summer internship placement drive of 2021, in which 211 students were offered internships from reputed companies like Microsoft, Bajaj Auto, CitiBank and the Highest Stipend stood at INR 1 Lakh.
