Krishna University was established in 2008 in the Machilipatnam district of Andra Pradesh by the government of Andra Pradesh. It is affiliated to the UGC and a member of the AIU (Association of Indian Universities). It offers 22 courses in 70+ specializations. At the UG level, it offers Bachelor's degrees in 11 courses including engineering, law, science, commerce, pharmacy, etc, with more than 40 departments to choose from. Krishna University Admissions 2023

  • The selection to the B.tech course is based on the score obtained in the AP EAMCET examination.
  • Candidates for the BA LLB course are selected on the basis of the AP LAWCET.
  • Admission to all the other UG courses are merit-based, i.e. candidates are selected on the basis of the marks obtained in the last qualifying examination i.e. 10+2 examination.
  • For the M.tech course, the selection of candidates is based on the score in the AP PGECET examination.
  • Admission to the MA and M.Sc course is based on the KRUCET examination held by Krishna University itself.
  • For the MBA, MCA, M.Pharm courses the candidates have to appear for the AIPCET exam, as the admission is based on scores achieved in the exam.
  • All other PG course admissions are merit-based i.e. they are based on the marks obtained in the UG/Bachelor's degree course.
