Ans. To be eligible for admission in the B.Tech course in Dibrugarh University, you have to score very good marks in your entrance examination to clear the cutoffs. The cutoffs of Dibrugarh University are generally declared in the month of June and July through 'The Assam Tribune' and other local newspapers. Dibrugarh University accepts students on the basis of both JEE and CEE scores. If you are able to clear the cutoff marks, then you will be given a date to appear for the counselling process. If you are looking for a seat in Institute of Engineering and Technology, Dibrugarh University then you should have a CEE score of more than 115 to be eligible for admission. But this score again varies every year and depends on the result trends. If you are looking for a seat in PE or ME, then the cutoff marks would be even higher as these two branches are in high demand and are more preferred in Assam. The eligibility of all the branches (ME, PE, ECE & CSE) changes every year as it depends on the average scores of both JEE and CEE. It also depends upon the number of students appearing for the examination. Hence, to get admission in a B.Tech course in Dibrugarh University, you will have to appear for the entrance examination and clear the examination successfully, after which you will have to appear for the counselling process where the final decision regarding your admission will be made. Expensive, semester Tuition Fees Value-for-money. I am paying 64000 per Semester. Yaa it is money worth Because the has all facilities and we'll equipped technology smart class and placement is also good and food quality is also very good. It also conduct various program tournament.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Laboratories are spacious and have all the necessary reagents and instruments. Library too is spacious and have a large collection of books. Free WiFi, Hostel, Sports ground and different sports equipments are available for us. We use them very much.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure was fixed for every semester. It was 60:40 ratio for every even and odd semesters per year. Also college provided loan facilities and financial assistance for students. Also there was a quota system and the backward communities got a discount of 10% for all semester fees.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It has 8 total semester for 4yr course. The first year is common for all branches. From 2nd year there is huge practicals and basic engineering sciences. From 3rd year onwards it's more deep diving into core specialization. The courses are research driven and huge emphasis is given on industrial projects where students need to execute innovative real time projects. Also learnt soft skills while doing multiple presentations, data driven analytical mindset was the key focus. Theoretical knowledge was also given high importance before jumping into the industry projects.

Hi Pranabesh, you can apply for BCA only if you have studied Mathematics/ Commercial Arithmetic / Statistics as one of the subjects in class 12th. Thus, if you satisfy this criterion, then, you are eligible, else not.

Hi Bicky, last date to apply for this course is June 23, 2019 (tentatively). Students who have scored 45% (40% for reserved categories)in intermediate will be considered eligible for this course. Thus, you are eligible. However, admission will be based on merit in qualifying examination.
