Maharishi University of Management and Technology (MUMT), Bilaspur has been established in the year 2002 by the Legislature of Chhattisgarh State. MUMT is a part of Maharishi Ji's worldwide global education movement. Maharishi Ji has introduced Consciousness based, scientifically validated ideal system of education in the main stream of present education, worldwide. It is a private type university. All Degree/Diploma/Certificate awarded by this university are at par with Degrees/Diplomas and Certificate of other Universities in India, established under statutory provisions of central of state government.
