Hostel Facilities :

No, I haven't opted for hostel. This is because very limited number of seats are available in hostel. Hostel will be given to only cream students and students belobgy to reserved category. Those students who scored good marks in the semester exam will get seat in hostel. Food in hostel is good or I can say it's okay. Some time varieties in food is also given.

Campus Life :

Overall ratio for the girls boys is 50-50 but in some department there is hardly any girls and in some department there are numbers of girls is maximum as compared to boys. Several workshop will also be conducted in the two day weekend that helps the students to gain new skills as per the current requirement for the industry.

Hostel Facilities :

There are separate hostels for 1st years and for rest of the years, to avoid ragging. In the main hostel, room is shared between 3 students. Room size is sufficient. Wifi available at the mess. Bathrooms are also huge and common between the students. Badminton and TT is is available in the hostel. Outsiders are not allowed in the hostel. Seats in hostels are not sufficient and are allocated on cast and performance basis. Therefore many students have to go for PG outside the campus. Kota, DDU Nagar and saraswati nagar are nearby location where PGs are available.

Campus Life :

Gender ratio: Clearly the ratio is high. Maybe because girls didn't manage to clear the entance in equal no. Some branches like CSE IT have very neutral ratio, but some branches like ME and MIN rearly have girls because of branch profile. Student activities: there are a lot of events according to student interest many of them are celebrated in party style. Some informal events like fresher's and Farewell is also organised be individual branches. There are a lot of clubs and committees for students to join. Politics: institute and its student doesn't participate in political events. Divercity: It's a central institute and recieves students from almost every state of india. But student body is diversified as North and South indian. But harmony is very good. Lifestyle: Students are often engaged in parties and hangouts and other social activities. GF and BF culture is also very common.

Campus Life :

Wi-Fi connection is poor, lab-equipments are mostly ok, many of them are even outdated. The size of the library is moderate but it always has a shortage of books and the infrastructure of the college is below average.

Campus Life :

Campus life was fun. There were a lot of committee activities and student conducted workshops and seminars taking place all the time. Although there were a lot of restrictions to the kind of events being performed but with time the college started opening up to new opportunities and new activities. I have seen the college grow from an extremely restricted environment to what it is today.
