Ans. The BBA course in DTU (East Delhi Campus) aims to offer ample understanding about the management learning among the student so that they could get the best preparation to get a job opportunity n the business world. In the following, some important requirements are highlighted considering the BBA course in DTU. Eligibility Studied and passed English as a subject (Core/Elective/Functional) in the board exam of 12th standard. Have a score of 50% minimum in the board exam of 12th standard. Selection Process Merit list is drawn based on the student’s marks in their best four subjects, including English in their 12th standard board exam or its equivalent exams. However, if it’s found that two students have the same percentage in their board examination, in that case following criteria are followed to determine the inter-student merits: The candidate with the highest score in English is preferred first. If both candidates have the same marks in English, then the elderly candidates are preferred and considered in the merit list. Academic Curriculum Theory classes have internal assignments, which carries 25 marks and end semester exam with 75 marks. In the course-related project, internal assessment carries 50 marks, and external assessment carries 50 marks. Lab class carry 40 marks and 60 marks as internal and external assessments, respectively. Moreover, the components that are considered in the internal assessments are Individual PPT Presentation, Class tests, Viva, Attendance, and Group Discussions. Personal Opinion It is a new campus, and for that reason, it still not has any record for placement, but the student, who is studying or has studied in DTU mostly, gives positive feedback. The student can choose this institute after Delhi University, Top 5 IP university BBA colleges, and BMS. Besides, it is also a good option for the student if they want to reside in Delhi.Read more

Ans. DTU is a better institute when compared to MNNIT Allahabad. The campus is beautiful. It is well-equipped with a library, health care services, EDUSAT Studio for expert lectures, sports complex, canteens, laboratories, hostel, and DTU Skylab. MNNIT Allahabad has an average campus on which they have to work. Food and hostel will be a problem at MNNIT Allahabad. The quality of food and hostel is worse. The classes at MNIT Allahabad run from 9 AM to 5 PM. Your entire day will be spent in the classroom. The fee and placement details of both institutions are as follows: Criteria DTU MNNIT Allahabad Tuition Fee INR 3.32 Lakhs INR 2.36 Lakhs Average Placement INR 11.17 LPA INR 11.8 LPA Highest Placement INR 1.27 Crore PA INR 29.16 LPA As mentioned above, the average and highest package at DTU is much higher than in MNIT Allahabad. Ans. Having known some people studying in both these institutions, I can say that if you plan to get a job offer, go for CS at Thapar University. If not and are interested in doing research opt for Engineering Physics at DTU. Engineering Physics is a field which does not anymore provide a promising opportunity to its aspirants. If you go with this choice of branch you might get research opportunities after higher studies. Moreover, if you have prioritized DTU, keep in mind that the quality of education and academic career is reducing with every passing year. Few of the many branches at DTU are striving to keep their esteemed position with engineering physics not being one of them. Instead, CS at Thapar University would be an excellent option for building a path for your career. This branch is known for its exceptional academics and for the opportunities held out to the students. Although it is a batch of almost 570 students in CS you can certainly end up with a 5LPA and above package by the end of your 4th year. Ans. IIM Indore and Delhi Technical University (DTU) are both very good institutes for their respective courses. The better option among the two will be DTU if the student is not interested in either the Management course or a tech course. A close senior of mine got a choice between DTU IT course and IPM course in IIM Indore and he decided to go with It course in DTU because: - Placement in DTU is much better than IIM Indore for the past few years. The IPM course is for 5 years whereas the IT course is for 4 years. Students who want to pursue a master's degree like MS or MBA get a better opportunity and have chances of getting a good job offer. Hi Dhruv, students who have scored at least 60% in intermediate (PCM) are considered eligible for admission in DTU. However, admission is determined on the basis of marks scored in JEE Main. The university has not announced cut off rank yet for 2020 session.

Hi Aman, as it is known, DTU has exemplary placement records for all the courses being offered. Thus, a candidate need not worry regarding placement while being in DTU.

Difference between morning and evening batch is only of the timings. Rest of the things are same for both the batches. However, academic calendar may somehow vary for two of the batches.
