Re-view of my decision!

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement post-completion of the course however I was employed before starting the course. The degree only helped me with some extensive knowledge of the commerce field. I didn't hear about many companies visiting the IGNOU campus and not more the 20% of students were placed.

PLACEMENTS LOVE

Placement Experience:

The placements are quite good. Placements are for postgraduate students, not for Undergraduate students. well, if someone doesn't get the placement, there would be some kind of employment in the Schools and colleges. Didn't have visited any company yet. At least 25% of students get the placements. My plan is to Study for IAS after getting the degree.

Internships Opportunities:

There are a lot of opportunities in college. Many bigger companies have provided placements in our college. Like those companies that need some Software work. And the companies that need some work in industries.

Benefits of Being Student in IGNOU

Placement Experience:

There are placements from the university and students become eligible from the 6th Semester for placements. Many reputed companies visit IGNOU Campus for placement and almost 80% of students got placement in the reputed companies The highest package offered was 12 lac per annum and the lowest was 4 lac per annum My plan after getting the degree to study further means to pursue MBA or M.Com

Internships Opportunities:

Many Internship opportunities are available to students. I have done many Internships and gained lots of knowledge and which helped me to improve myself in my subject and also helped to improve my communication skills also I got a minimum stipend of 8,000 per month

Campus life of ihm hajipur

Placement Experience:

In the third year the placement starts the companies start to come to the college for placement 90 to 95 percent of students get placed the biggest package is 4 to 5 lakh and the average is 250000 hotels like kemon tree and zuri and many others come here for placement.

Internships Opportunities:

All the students got internships from the college in 4 or 5-star hotels in an internship you will have to work in all departments of the hotel and this is for 4 months you will get the internship in 2nd year of college.

Placement Experience:

For placements, the college is responsible for placing students for internships and final placements. Although it does not guarantee 100 percent placement, as most of the students do not sit for final placements, It offers around an average package of Rs 25000, usually, every student gets placed if they sit for placements.

Internships Opportunities:

College usually offers internships to second-year students, every student needs to do an internship to get promoted to the next year, usually, the whole batch is divided into summer and winter batches and accordingly they go for internships for 4 to 6 months. Stipend for this internship is not much but it gives you proper exposure to the industry.

Ques. How is the MA in psychology distance course at IGNOU? What are the job prospects of it compared to a regular distance course?

Admission is available in two sessions: July and January. The university supplies the study material, which is fine. It follows a year system, with 7 courses (6 theory and 1 practical) in the first year and 6 in the second year (3 theory, 1 practical, 1 internship requiring at least 240 hours total, and 1 project/research (can only be done if you pass the Research Methodology and Statistics subjects in the first year)). There are three optional courses to choose from in the second year of IGNOU's MA in Psychology. Clinical psychiatry Psychology of counseling Psychology in the workplace Each has different job prospects, and it is believed you will be familiar with them because it is clear from their names what fields they represent. The procedure is extremely simple. Obtain admission, complete assignments, and register for the exam at the desired exam center. After passing the exams, which can take between three and six years. Following that, you will be given a mark sheet and a provisional certificate. To obtain an original degree, you must wait at least six to twelve months for the convocation to be held by IGNOU, and you must pay a nominal fee of Rs 600-900 for registration and certificate. If you are unable to attend the convocation, your certificate will be mailed to your home address. However, the practicals and viva-voce are an exception because some of the exams were conducted recently (depending on the Regional/Study center). It is acceptable in the first year, but if it occurs in the second year, it may cause a hindrance for higher education because the certificates may not be available at the right time for seeking admission, (seems IGNOU is nowadays quickly distributing the provisional and statement of marks. The good news is that you will receive it directly to your home via post after completing the course). The learner must submit assignments for all theory papers, and writing them will take a lot of time, but it will be beneficial for a passionate learner of psychology. If you want to pursue this MA in Psychology from IGNOU, you must fully commit to this course because the field of psychology is vast. So working while pursuing this course may not be the best option because it may require 3 months of internship, pure research work, and an ocean of writing work. Regarding the job prospects, as a student of the specific course, you hope to win the UGC NET/JRF and continue your education to become a lecturer. Here are the advantages and disadvantages of BBA from IGNOU: Pros: IGNOU offers a BBA with a Specialization in Retailing (rather than a general BBA), which broadens your opportunities in the retail sector beyond sales and marketing. Every year, you receive a certificate. As a result, you can begin working immediately after finishing your 12th grade and continue to advance each year. You don't have to wait three years for a degree before you can get a job. You can study while working. Every year, you are given a project that allows you to gain real-world experience in the retail industry and complete it in retail organisations. Retail Associations of India is collaborating with IGNOU-BBA. You will receive the best curriculum for it. The course is written in simple language that is easy to understand, and it includes the best knowledge in the retail specialisation. The cost of this course is the lowest of any university that offers distance education for BBA. Cons: There is no Math or Statistics subject in the entire BBA course from IGNOU, so it is entirely theoretical. Unfortunately, some prestigious MBA programmes look for a Math subject in the course of graduation when accepting applications. However, there will be many colleges that will accept your degree. Similarly, some government jobs require a Math subject as part of your bachelor's degree programme. However, there will be plenty of opportunities for you in the government. as well as the private sector for employment You can still apply for exams such as Bank PO, SSC, and UPSC. The same exposure found in regular BBA will never be found in distance BBA. The reason for this is that you will not learn how to give presentations in front of an audience, which is essential if you are studying BBA. This course is not offered in every city. So, before enrolling in IGNOU's BBA programme, you should contact the IGNOU regional centre in your city. Because this course is taken by a small number of students, it is only available in a few cities.
