The QS Global World ranking has been functioning since 2014. It is one of the leading global university ranking platforms. The QS World University Rankings 2022 has released the list for this year. The list carried a total number of 22 Indian universities in the top 1,000 positions. In the top 3 spots, there are IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and IISc Bangalore

QS World University Rankings 2023: List of top universities in India

Quacquarelli Symonds on May 8 announced the 2023 edition of World Universities, which shows the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore is the top university in India, followed by IIT Mumbai and IIT Delhi in second and third places respectively.

JNU found its position at 601-800 slab in the world university rankings 2021, the rank is the same as the previous year and as well for the Asia University ranking list.
