There are two fests in one year one is technical and the other is cultural. In the month of April one is conducted and the other is in the month of November. The availability of books is good enough in the college, You can issue them from the college library. The classrooms are well built for the comfort of students. There is only one ground in this college and all the outdoor sports are played on this single ground. There are facilities for many games like volleyball, badminton, cricket, football, table tennis, pool, kabaddi, etc. There are many societies like technical, startup, social and cultural, sports, etc.
There are two hostel hostels for the boys. For first-year boys, the hostel name is NILERD campus which is the old campus of NIT Delhi and it around 5 Km from the New permanent campus. And for 2nd, 3rd and 4th-year student hostels are available on the permanent campus. The food quality is average, definitely, you will miss your home food. The hostel fee is 18000 for Non AC rooms and 28000 for AC rooms. Yes, there is Pg available near the college, you can also rent pg.
Many Annual Fest happens. The availability of books can be made a little bit better as there are not enough books for book banks. the sports system is not up to the mark. students rarely get to play sports. there are the cellart department's sports clubs on campus.
For 1 st year boys hostel facility is in the nilerd(old campus), college bus is available for them to travel to college. Second year onwards boys and all girls are allocated new hostels namely Dhauladhar and Yamuna which are on the new campus itself. Nilerd campus has 2 and 3-seater rooms while new campus hostels have 4-seater rooms. All rooms are spacious and fully furnished which includes quality assured tables chairs and beds. Hostels are available in both AC and Non AC. Old campus hostels have common washrooms but they are sufficient in numbers. New campus hostels have separate washrooms area and balconies for each room. Mess quality is good, but a similar menu is repeated every week which is quite boring. The registration process for hostels is online through google forms provided by the college and payment is done through UPI through the link provided to the given contact number. Hostels and mess total are quite expensive. Hostels 28k Per semester(AC) And 18k per semester (non AC)

The admission process is quite easy as everything is clarified by the mail by Institute. I gave JEE MAINS entrance exam and get qualified for the institute. The cutoff is 20K(HS) For computer science. Counselling happened in November as our session was late but generally starts in August.
HKBy - Harsh KumarTo enter into any NITs, You have to give JEE mains examination conducted by NTA. You can fill out the application form on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The examination will be held twice a year(generally) in the month of January and April. In the year 2023, the form fee for boys(GEN/EWS/OBC) is 1000 and for SC/ST/Females is 500. Yes, there are category reservation benefits for (OBC/SC/ST/EWS) and there is also a female quota, i.e. 20% of the seats are reserved for female candidates.
