After the 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. The highest package for the year 2022 is 1.23 crore. Almost 89% of student gets placed every year. Many students plan to do a job after their degree while some are interested in startups.
A person should have at least 75% in the 12th board to be eligible for admission. Application form, dates, etc. Could be checked on NTA websites JEE main.nta.ac.in and josaa.nic.in. The admission process after seat allotment is to be done physically at the college.
The campus placements are started in 7th semester. All big companies visit for placements like Samsung, Goldman Sachs, Fidelity, Tata power, Maruti Suzuki, HUL etc. The average package for IT companies is 800000 and for non-IT it is 500000. Around 70-80% students get placement offers.
You have to qualify to jee mains for admission. The application form is available on josaa site. Any reservation can be availed if eligible. The admission process is simple. After qualifying jee mains, fill in the preference order of NITs and you will get it according to your rank.
The course curriculum is good Nd placement oriented and the facility is excellent and classes are just for formality in some cases exams are conducted over a regular period of 2 months and after the end-sems are conducted
After 12 class one has to give jee main exam and score a decent precentile and one has to apply for jossa counselling also for ccsab counselling then one have to fill nit kkr as it's choice the reservation policy as centre goverment rule
Overall the placements are good, the average package got higher in top branches. The students become eligible for the placements in the 7th semester and not all but many top companies visit the campus like Google and Microsoft. Last year the placements were very good, In the CS department every student got placed, and in my course, about 93% got placed with a median package of 14LPA.
There is an exam called JEE which I took to get admission. the cut-off was around 74 percentile to clear the exam but to get admission in this college with the branch Electronics and Communication, one needs to score above 95 percentile, that too if you have the possibility to get any kind of quota else you need to score at least 98 or above to get a good branch in a good college. After the results, there happens counselling where the person prioritizes their college along with the branch he/she wants. Based on the score, there will be a shortlisting in every round you get a college, it might change in rounds or remain the same. This exam is organised by Josaa, on their website the application form, fees and dates are available.
Students become eligible after 3rd semester for campus placements. There are a lot of companies visiting every MNC and most companies. I got two offers from Tata and Wri. The highest package is 12.5lpa and avg is 9lpa. 80% of students got placed.
On the basis of the GATE Score, Students can get admission there. CCMT Counseling occurs every year after clearing GATE exams, on the basis of gate scores Students can fill in their admission choices. Yes on basis of category. No, that was a good way I think.
I was getting only this course at my rank. The student-faculty ratio is about 1:8, you can find so many Ph.D. Holders taking tutorials classes formally. All the faculties here are Ph.D. holders and one of the best in their field and most of them have done Ph.D. from REC Kurukshetra (NIT KKR) Itself, especially the old ones. Their teaching method is not so modern but very classy, Term exams are held on a uniform basis every month we can say. As there is a semester of 4-5 months, you have to give 2 Mid-semester exams and One end sem exam and the overall CGPA depends on both of these scores. You can easily pass the exam but for scoring well you have to study hard because they didn't give you marks but will pass easily.
Formal eligibility is 12th passed with 75% but for taking admission you have to score 97 percentile in Jee mains if you are a general candidate like me. The application form you can find on the website of JEE Mains. The admission process is very time-consuming, you have to come to the college for document approval so its needs to be done digitally.
