NIT Hamirpur is an autonomous university established in 1986. It is ranked aamong top 101- 150 in the Engineering category by NIRF 2023. NIT Hamirpur spans 320 acres. As a residential campus, there are eight dorms for boys and four for girls, along with apartments for the faculty and staff.
