- The faculty-student ratio is 10:1. The facultys qualifications are good, and their teaching methods are also excellent.
- The job opportunity is good because Mangalore University has a very good scope, and they allow us to intern in the final semester, which is the 4th semester.
- The scholarship provided was sufficient for my friends who availed it, and the payments through scholarships were quick and good.
- The library was good and helped students to refer to the courses of their dreams. All the amenities in the school were good. Sports and extracurricular activities on the campus are good. Social groups, clubs, and the college website help most students.
- The hostel is extremely clean, with housekeeping done every single day in all of the rooms.
- The university provides the best education to its students, so I chose the university for my postgraduate education. Additionally, the university has a good and eco-friendly campus, which has also attracted me to join.
Dislike
- The system has 4 semesters. The semester system has very little time, as they are short and the time to grasp the subject is not enough.
- The general stipend offered in my college is very less compared to other colleges since our college comes directly under the control of the university, unlike other privately-owned colleges.
- For MCom students, there is no placement selection or campus selection. However, in other departments such as MBA, Chemistry, and Physics, campus recruitment is available

Placement Experience:
The students of final years will be eligible to attend campus placements. I visited winman software, Infosys, Diya systems, and Wipro. The packages were not discussed during the interview. There were about 70% of students placed in campus interviews. I planned to work in one of the well-known companies, to get work experience, earn money, save and travel the world.
Remarks:
The admission process was quite easy, the queue was maintained on first come first seat. Once the admission form is collected from the office, we need to fill and submit it to the office and then proceed to to make fee payment via challan.
Placement Experience:
Campus recruitment are there and conducted for every final yr passing out students 6 semester students are eligible for this Wipro , Tata , Infosys, Honda many other companies visit the campus to recruit students
Remarks:
Admission process is very simple the cut off for bba is 75% which is very good if you obtained above 75% you will get the seats you may book the seats before admission this helps to look forward for other colleges and you can reserve your seats also
Placement Experience:
The students are eligible from the 5th semester of their course for campus placements. The companies such as Infosys, bosch, etc have visited the college. Over 90% of the students get recruited by companies. My main plan is to become the best CEO of a company
Remarks:
The college didn't conduct any entrance exams. But in order to join the college with a BBA course you need to have a minimum of 80%. After having the eligibility, you can go to SDM's official website and apply for the course. There are no application fees. There are some benefits, such as deduction in fees, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am choosing Bcom tax because I like accounts and business. In my college so many students like boys and girls maybe ratio .boys ratio is 8 and girls ratio is 9 teaching method is so good theory and practical both are to much interesting. All exams are on time. like mid-term or final. Not too difficult to pass the Exam. if you do proper study.
Remarks:
the eligibility of course is BA, BCOM, BSC Etc. Application form finds in the online portal. everything does in the online portal. Reservation seats are available in our college.SC and ST candidates. so many improvements in the Admission process. like a fast admission process.
Placement Experience:
At first, there will be two options regarding placement one we can opt for a higher studio and the other is job placement. For job placement, you can enroll for a workshop kind by paying a certain amount it is optional but it would be very good if you enroll because you can easily clear the interviews and pre-assessment conducted by top MNCs. Many companies come to our college for placements.
Remarks:
I visited the college there was a guide who helped me in filling out the form, then after filling the form I was given a token to wait for my turn to go inside a seminar Hall where two to three lectures will present our details given and recheck the given details and then after successful completion of recheck of details I was asked to go near principle for interview after successful completion of the interview I was asked to go to the bank which is inside the campus and a challan was given to pay in the bank after paying receipt will be given for our reference.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The teachers were very good and all were highly qualified also they were very supportive whenever required also most of the teachers were Ph.D. holders, the Main reason for me to choose this course as I am very much interested in management related courses.
Remarks:
Based on the percentage and overall performance of the student, Like extracurricular activities and based on academic performance, Also they had an entrance test, Students are very happy with their teaching method and all other things connected to education and other things.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose BSC because I love Science and particularly physics. The faculty-student ratio is 1:13.All the faculties completed their post-graduation and also some of them completed their Ph.D.The teaching is very good. two times exams conducted by the college in a semester. It is moderate
Remarks:
The Eligibility for Bsc physics in this college is for you to pass PUC with a minimum of 60 percent in Science Stream PCMB from the approved board by Mangalore University. I registered for admission by filling google form on their website and went to the college to admit.
Placement Experience:
Students will be eligible for campus placement after 3rd sem in this college many people will not select for the placement my plan is to go out of the country after studying BCA I will study mca in a country like us so I am thinking about the PC and go to the MCA in out of the country.
Remarks:
We find the admission form in the office near the principal chamber and we must fill out the application and we must submit it to the office we can apply for the application on online also application rs 100 many people will apply application to college if they reserve first only we can get the first preference.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I like Accounts therefore I choose Bcom. There is an average of 1 faculty for 18 students. All faculties completed M.Com.Teaching is good. The college conducts an internal exam once a month. It is a moderate exam.
Remarks:
I am admitted to Bcom in this college. The basic eligibility was to pass PU with a minimum of 60 per cent from any PU board permitted by Mangalore university. I got an application on Google form and was admitted after the college informed me.
Placement Experience:
From the 5th Semester,students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys Wipro TCS visited the college and has made 5-10 offers. BSc is not a professional course therefore the placement is low The highest package is 6LPA and the average is 4LPA About 20 students got placement last year
Remarks:
The eligibility for the BSC course the student must pass the two-year pre-university in Science stream conducted by Karnataka PU board or any other Board which is considered equivalent by Mangalore University with a minimum of 60%. The application forms can be found in the College office or you can fill google form available on the college website(www.vcputtur.ac.in) and further go to the college for the admission process after you get a call. It is a nice admission process.
