DMIMS offers various courses at the undergraduate level, namely MBBS (Medicine), BDS (Dental Surgery), B.Sc. Nursing, BAMS (Ayurveda) and BPTh (Physio-Therapy). Admission process consists of admission counseling for those selected on the basis of their performance in the all-India qualifying examination NEET. The All India Rank and percentile obtained in the NEET UG must be submitted to the University, based on which admission will be granted. Candidates must be at least 17 (seventeen) years if age as on the 31st of December of the year of admission, and must have passed / appearing / appeared for 12th class examination or its equivalent with the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology with 60% marks.
- The test is scheduled to be three hours duration.
- The test consists of four sections, namely Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany.
- Four marks are awarded for every correct answer, and one mark is deducted for every incorrect answer.
- The syllabus includes topics covered at the +2 level in the relevant subjects.

Candidates must satisfy the below given eligibility criteria for admission to UG courses:
- Candidates must have a pass at the 10+2 level in the Science stream to apply.
- Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English are required as subjects of study at the +2 level for MBBS, BAMS, BDS, and B.Sc. Nursing courses.
- Reservation is in accordance with the regulations of the Government of India, and a 5% relaxation in the minimum required percentage is given to candidates from these categories.
- Candidates must be at least 17 years of age to apply.
- Selection is entrance based, done on the basis of performance in the national level entrance examination NEET.
