Admission :

I gave the common national entrance exam, NEET, in 2018.I live near Nashik, so I decided to apply to MUHS. I knew some people who had studied here, and I took their advice as well as a lot of research on different websites. It was a logical choice based on my rank, location and quality of the college.

Placement Experience :

Yes, of course. There is a mandatory one-year internship at the end of the MBBS degree. I haven't yet reached to that yet, but i have heard god things about the experiences of some of my seniors, who have done the same in previous yeas at some of the regions's best hospitals.

Admission :

Presently I'm studying in this college. I'm pursuing my MBBS course. Since I was lucky enough to score a good cut-off marks in NEET examination, I got admission in this college. And plus my 10th/ 12th scores were good too obtaining 70% approx in both.

Placement Experience :

Placements are not that great I will say. They don't have any arrangements made for placements as yet, and even if there are any then it's rare. To get a job we need to apply legitimately apply to the institute directly and if there are any vacancy, we might land in a good job.

Admission :

Admission to MUHS for the MBBS course is though the centralised NEET examination. MUHS has a good reputation around here, and that encouraged me to apply here. I got selected in the counseling process and took admission.

Placement Experience :

There is a mandatory internship at the end of the MBBS degree. The college authorities help the students get good internships that will give us valuable experience. While placement stats are on the lower side, the administration provides placement support for the students during and beyond the degree, as I have come to know from my seniors.

Ques. What are some good tips for the final MBBS MUHS practical exams?

● Top Answer By Mohit Sarohi on 27 Oct 21

Ans. Practical examination at MUHS can be daunting, especially during the final. However, you won’t fail practicals unless you perform terribly. To do well in practicals, get your basic clinical skills correct, in order to prevent any stupid mistakes during the practical examination. During your final examination, make sure you are investing some time to discuss practical examination-related stuff with your study group. That way by the time the exam comes you will be sure of your basic skills.  However, if you want good marks, you need to have in-depth theoretical knowledge backing your clinical skill. But that is a continuous process. Read more

Ques. Which book is better for studying pharmacology for the MUHS University exams KD Tripathi or Shanbag?

● Top Answer By Kiran Chugh on 27 Oct 21

Ans. Pharmacology is the subject of understanding pathology and the required drugs. KD Tripathi is the best book for it. Each chapter in KDT has an initial part related to diseases and then there are strategies given to treat them. Most of the concepts are explained quite clearly and in a format which can be written in examinations.  Whereas, Shanbag explains a lot of the concepts in a much simpler way and students score well in examinations. However, there are mistakes that are mostly corrected in KDT. Initially, it can be difficult to read chapters from KDT. But eventually, you will get used to it.  So, I will advise you to use KDT as standard and use Shanbag as a reference. Also, make sure to correct the wrongly mentioned things during reading. Read more

Ques. Will BHMS doctor get MMC registration after completing certificate course in modern pharmacology from MUHS?

● Top Answer By Admin on 27 Oct 21

Ans. BHMS is a 4.5+1 year-long course in Homeopathy. You will learn about Homeopathy, and having a BHMS degree allows you to practice it in the future.  MBBS, on the other hand, is the study of Allopathic Medicine. In the 4.5+1 year-long course you will get to learn about modern medicine. After finishing the course, you will have the license to practice Allopathy.  Homeopathic doctors can do a one-year-long Pharmacology course to upgrade their knowledge in modern medicine. However, it doesn’t make them eligible to obtain MMC registration. The only way to get MMC registration is to do an MBBS degree. Read more

Ques. How do I get No Objection Certificate (NOC) from MUHS, Nashik for 2nd year MBBS transfer?

● Top Answer By Admin on 27 Oct 21

Ans. One of my friends applied for NOC from MUHS Nashik for his internship transfer. The process will be the same for a 2nd-year transfer. Here is what you need to do.  You will need to get No Objection Certificates from both your current college and the college you are trying to apply for. Go to the MUHS website, there will be a form. Download it and fill it up.  You need to draw a demand draft with the amount mentioned there. Enclose all the documents with the form and DD in an envelope and send it to MUHS, Nasik. You can also drop it off personally. After a few days, they will put up a list of students who got transferred based on merit, on the website. Download the list, and take it to the college you want to get admission to, in order to start your admission process. Read more

Ques. What is the procedure to get transcripts from MUHS, Nashik? Do they send transcripts directly to WES for the ECA? Is there any agency that can help me through this?

● Top Answer By Sapna Malik on 27 Oct 21

Ans. In order to get transcripts from MUHS Nashik, you need to visit the college. You will be required to submit an application letter stating the reason for the transcript. A DD will also be needed as per their fee structure.  The process to get your transcripts can be tedious. Applying through Mail Transcript can be a good alternative. They will only ask for scanned copies of your mark sheets and degree certificates. Everything else is taken care of by them. One of my friends applied through this organization and they helped her to send transcripts to WES direct shipment from university. Read more
