RTMNU is a recognized University in Maharashtra. And yes somewhere some colleges have been deemed to be with Nagpur university and some are not. Nagpur University is not that strict University. Nowadays it is making new itself modern by setting up new campuses. I have completed my graduation from Nagpur University from Govt. INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE NAGPUR. I had a wonderful time in my college. The campus was not that big but had an awesome atmosphere to study. Nagpur university somewhere lacks in Campus selection as compared to other universities. If you want to balance positive and aspects the ratio will be 30:45 because Nagpur university is best for all types of students from low to high eveby Sahili Borkar
