Biju Patnaik University of Technology follows a semester-system for its UG and PG courses. For evaluating its students, the varsity conducts semester-end examinations twice in an academic year known as even semester examination and odd semester examinations. Recently, it has released BPUT Result 2022 on its official website. Students who have appeared for the exam can check their results on the online portal with the help of their registration number.

Ques. How many teaching weeks are there in the BPUT B.Tech course?

Ans. The number of teaching weeks in each semester of the B.Tech course offered at Biju Patnaik University shall be fifteen to eighteen with a minimum of 90 teaching days excluding the period of examination.

Ques. What is the maximum duration of completing BPUT UG courses?

Ans. A student who is weak in studies can complete a 4-year UG program of BPUT in not more than 7 years, a 3 year UG program not exceeding 5 years, while the 5 year UG program, not more than 8 years.

Ques. Is there any seat reservation at BPUT for physically handicapped students?

Ans. Yes, some of the seats at BPUT are reserved for physically handicapped students, however, they are required to satisfy the prescribed medical fitness norms.
