LNMIIT Courses Admissions 2024: Cutoff, Eligibility, Application Process, Last Date To Apply
The LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT) is a deemed to be university located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It was established in the year 2002. It offers various UG, postgraduate and research programs in several specializations. At the UG level, the college offers B.Tech and a Dual Degree program viz. B.Tech + M.Tech. At the postgraduate level, the college offers M.Tech and M.Sc to the students. LNMIIT Jaipur also offers Ph.D. and MS by Research programs in different disciplines.
Admission to B.Tech, Integrated B.Tech+ M.Tech and B.Tech (Lateral Entry) is offered in three modes, i.e., JEE Main Score, Direct admission to Central & State Board toppers and Direct admission to Abroad (DASA) for PIOs and NRIs categories. For M.Tech, LNMIIT conducts its own entrance test followed by an interview, although GATE qualified candidates will be given preference at the time of admission.
M.Sc admission is also granted on the basis of the LNMIIT-based written test while JAM qualified candidates can also apply. LNMIIT, Jaipur offers admission to MS by Research and PhD courses on the basis of a written test followed by an interview. GATE/ NET/ SLET or any other equivalent examination qualified candidates are exempted from LNMIIT written test.

The LNM Institute of Information Technology offers undergraduate courses such as B.Tech and a five-year Integrated program leading to Dual Degree B.Tech-M.Tech. Student must have passed with an aggregate of minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Class 10th examination for meeting the eligibility criteria
Admission in the courses is done on the basis of marks scored in JEE Main conducted by the CBSE. The institute also offers direct admission to board toppers and admission to NRIs and PIOs under DASA scheme.

At postgraduate level, LNMIIT offers M.Tech in various specializations for the duration of two years. The candidates seeking admission in M.Tech should be a BE / B.Tech in appropriate branch of Engineering. However, the eligible candidates must have to appear in written test conducted by the college followed by a personal interview.
GATE qualified students will be exempted from written test. Candidates having GATE percentile ≥ 95 will be considered for direct admission in the respective branch.

In addition to the M.Tech program, the institute also offers Master of Science (M.Sc) at the postgraduate level. The course is offered in two specializations viz. Mathematics and Physics.
Admission in M.Sc is done on the basis of marks scored in written test conducted by the college followed by a personal interview. But, in order to get admission, the candidates should have scored a minimum of 55% or equivalent in Graduation in the relevant discipline.
JAM qualified students can also apply for admission, but such candidates will be exempted from the written test conducted by LNMIIT.

Candidates need to register online through the official website of the college. The application form should be filled and submitted online along with the required fee. For UG (Regular Mode) admission candidate has to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable application fee of INR 2000/- (for female candidates the application fee is INR 1000/-), for PG and PhD admissions INR 500/- (For, Women applicant, the application fee is INR 250/-).

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant should be a native English speaker or should have studied 10+2 in English medium school or should have a minimum aggregate score of 1040 (out of a maximum of 1600) in SAT.
- The applicant must have secured a minimum of 90 percentile as Final NTA score (percentile) in Paper 1 (B.E. /B.Tech.) of JEE (Main) 2021 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
- The applicant must have passed Class 12th (10+2) examination or equivalent examination from board recognised by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects along with one out of Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject. Applicants appearing in class 12th examination are also eligible to apply.
- The applicant must have passed with an aggregate of minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Class 10th examination or equivalent from board recognised by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
